The anticipated dates in this notice have been revised. At a special meeting to be held on October 22, 2019, the shareholders of Isramco, Inc. (ISRL) will vote to approve a merger with Naphtha Group. The merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on October 25, 2019. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on October 24, 2019. If the merger closes as planned, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (October 24th) and will be suspended effective October 28, 2019. The details are as follows:
